The Journal of the 81st Entry

Welcome to the 30th edition of The Journal.

Things have been looking up recently leading to my having ten articles in the bag ready to upload in forthcoming editions; my sincere thanks to all who have sent these articles to me. No 'resting on laurels' though as I continue to ask for more, especially from those who, as of yet, haven't contributed. If you are amongst the latter group and you enjoy reading the Journal then it's a sure thing that others will enjoy reading anything you should write; Service life, civilian life, in this country or far away, there are many hundreds of years of experience that we can share with each other.
